Refund And Returns Policy

 At Eireen Elegance, we want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please take a moment to review our Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth process. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Final Sale Items: All clearance, discounted, or promotional items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear, or intimate apparel.
  3. Custom-Made Dresses: Dresses that have been customized according to your specific measurements and requests are non-returnable. Please double-check your measurements and customization details before placing an order.

Return Process 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at e@eireenelegance.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and details about the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our Customer Support Team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package your item securely, include a copy of the packing slip or invoice, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds 

For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item and guide you through the return process for the original item. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
